Waleed Abdul Malik brings over three decades of extensive experience in regulatory oversight and management within government sectors. With a tenure spanning Dubai Municipality and the Department of Economy and Tourism, Waleed has held various roles including Director of Commercial Control and Director of Commercial Licensing. Currently leading a large team, he excels in overseeing commercial permits, classification, and regulation of activities. His expertise extends to coordinating with government agencies and the private sector to enhance service quality and compliance with regulations. Waleed is also an active member of various committees, showcasing his leadership and commitment to excellence.

Mr. Mohammed K Makker

CMD, India/UAE

Mr. Mohammed K Makker, hailing from Aluva, Kerala, India, began his journey in the recruitment field after recognizing its vast potential while working abroad. With a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he ventured into entrepreneurship by acquiring the license rights of Arvind Exporters, shifting its headquarters to Cochin in 1992. His ventures expanded with GRAND EMIRATES in 2000 and DIXON General Trading in 2006, showcasing his diverse business acumen. Not only a successful businessman, Mr. Makker serves as an active social servant and philanthropist, honored with prestigious awards for his contributions to the community.

Roy George, a proficient me- chanical engineer with 30 years of experience in the UAE. His expertise spans across sales, marketing, operations and ad- ministration within the con- struction and industrial sectors. Renowned for his exceptional interpersonal skills and knack for problem solving, Roy is a dynamic leader who prioritiz- es teamwork. His dedication to tackling intricate challenges, coupled with his technical pro- ficiency, leadership acumen, and effective problems-solving skills, sets him apart in the field.
